Integrating Change: making it count

focusing on fully integrating change to create lasting transformation

Included in this course is a FREE BONUS WORKSHOP on bringing in change, which was designed to be linked to the energy of the annual Lion's Gate portal (8 August), but which can be done at any time.  If you wish, you may find it helpful to do this in preparation for the 'Integrating Change' workshop.

YOUR HOST

Alex de Laszlo is a Transformation Guide and Neurographica Specialist, who brings together her experience in psychotherapy, healing & energy work, art (and a whole lot of joy and enthusiasm) to guide people in navigating change, understanding and embracing their whole being, alongside the beauty and deep wisdom they hold within themselves.

Workshop

Your workshop

In this workshop, we focus on integrating change.  It is a recording of a live event which took place on 12 August, towards the end of the Lions Gate portal, and there are references to this in the workshop, though please be aware that you can connect to these energies at any time.  Your drawing will help you identify any changes you wish to bring fully into your life, and make choices about how they might be fully integrated to serve you best as you move into the future.

Integrating Change

We are all always changing, as is the world around us.  You can benefit from doing this workshop at any time, as change is an inevitable part of life.  The timing of the live event was auspicious however, as it was on the final day of the Lion's Gate portal, a time where the alignment of the star Sirius brings us amplified opportunities for uplevelling ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

A key part of integrating change is to notice it.  However much we might desire change and take action to bring it about, it is surprisingly easy to miss where it is already occurring.  If we have experienced changes that have been less welcome, it is equally possible to miss how these have sparked positive reactions and opened up new resources within us.  Part of the workshop is to recognise those changes you wish to integrate, and then to use our drawing process to embody and integrate them, or at the very least to begin and/or amplify that process.  It can take time for change to become fully integrated, and bringing our focus and intention to the process is an important part of making it count.

Integrating Change - Making it Count

It's one thing calling change in.  It can be another thing to fully notice it when it arrives.  It is surprising how often we are not able to see, feel or sense when change is occurring, as we can be so hard-wired into our habitual responses to things and ways of being in the word.  In preparation for your workshop, see if you can make space to be radically curious, and see if you can notice where desired changes are already occurring.

The bonus workshop Opening to Change can help with this, as can making quiet time for yourself and attuning your senses to detect and nurture changes, which can sometimes be quite subtle to begin with.

Before you participate in our workshop, it is important learn how to draw a neurographic line and round off corners. Mastering these techniques is crucial before beginning your first neurographica drawing. Even if you have experience with neurographica, exploring new perspectives can be beneficial. Please watch this short video and give it a go.
