This workshop invites you to explore how inherited experiences have influenced your life, recognize both the gifts and the burdens carried through your lineage, and begin to release what no longer serves your path forward.

What to Prepare:
Plain paper
A notebook
A black marker (regular Sharpie)
Coloured pencils and markers
Larger black permanent marker for bold and impactful lines
Before you participate in our workshop, it is important learn how to draw a neurographic line and round off corners. Mastering these techniques is crucial before beginning your first neurographica drawing. Even if you have experience with neurographica, exploring new perspectives can be beneficial. Please watch this short video and give it a go.
