In this workshop, we will be exploring the menopause, honouring it as a gateway to feminine freedom, and welcoming, exploring and connecting with the magnificent energies of the Crone.  We will be drawing the Lotus, a wonderful symbol of many aspects of the feminine.

In this workshop, we'll be exploring The Yin and Yang of The Crone: Wisdom, Shadow and Power.

  The Crone embodies yin ( inner wisdom, receptivity and intuition) and yang energy of (truth-telling, destruction of illusion and clarity).

 We'll be exploring these qualities in their wholeness, recognising the shadow elements, not as failings but as distorted power waiting to be recognised and we'll be learning how to integrate and channel these energies to serve you best for reflection, healing, action and transformation.

Debbie has 4 years of experience in this work & 40 years helping people navigate change in the workplace.

Motherhood is a powerful time of life but also busy, sometimes too busy, and holding it all together can be a challenge. In this workshop, we will use feminine Goddess energies to support your compasionate Mother self and strong Warrior self to be in balance in your life in the Mother role.

The Triple Goddess is the living essence of the feminine in all its forms. She is the Maiden, full of spark, curiosity, and endless possibility; the Mother, overflowing with love, creation, and nurturing power; and the Crone, wise, intuitive, and deeply connected to life’s mysteries. She is not just one stage of life—she is all stages at once, a reminder that every woman carries the seeds of youth, creation, and wisdom within her. Step into her energy, and discover the magic, power, and transformation that flows through you. 

What to Prepare:
Plain paper (A4 or equivalent)
A permanent black marker (1.0 nib width, or a sharpie)
A notebook
Coloured pencils and highlighters (a variety of colours)
A thicker permanent marker for bold and impactful lines

Duration:

up to 120 minutes of  practical and transformative practice in each session

Recording is provided within 48 h

Before you participate in our workshop, it is important learn how to draw a neurographic line and round off corners. Mastering these techniques is crucial before beginning your first neurographica drawing. Even if you have experience with neurographica, exploring new perspectives can be beneficial. Please watch this short video and give it a go.
