Included in this course is a free BONUS WORKSHOP on bringing in change, harnessing the energy of this year's Lion's Gate portal. If you wish, you may find it helpful to do in preparation for the Live workshop on 12 August
Alex de Laszlo is a Neurographica Specialist, who brings together her experience in psychotherapy, healing & energy work, art (and a whole lot of joy and enthusiasm) to guide people in navigating change, understanding and embracing their whole being, alongside the beauty and deep wisdom they hold within themselves.
In this workshop, we will be focusing on integrating change. 12 August is considered to be the final day of this year's Lion's Gate portal, which is a time that offers us the opportunity to bring in change on a number of different levels. Our drawing will help us identify those changes we wish to bring fully into our lives, and make choices about how they might be fully integrated to serve us best as we move into the future.
What to Prepare:
Plain paper (A4 or equivalent)
A permanent black art marker (1.0 nib width, or a sharpie)
A notebook
Coloured pencils and highlighters (a variety of colours would be great)
A thicker permanent marker for bold and impactful lines
Duration:
up to 120 minutes of practical and transformative practice.
LIVE and RECORDING
Live session is held on August 12, 3pm BST
Recording is provided within 48 h
It's one thing calling change in. It can be another thing to fully notice it when it arrives. It is surprising how often we are not able to see, feel or sense when change is occurring, as we can be so hard-wired into our habitual responses to things and ways of being in the word. In preparation for your live workshop on 12th August, see if you can make space to be radically curious, and see if you can notice where desired changes are already occurring.
The bonus workshop can help with this, as can making quiet time for yourself and attuning your senses to detect and nurture changes, which can sometimes be quite subtle to begin with.
Before you participate in our workshop, it is important learn how to draw a neurographic line and round off corners. Mastering these techniques is crucial before beginning your first neurographica drawing. Even if you have experience with neurographica, exploring new perspectives can be beneficial. Please watch this short video and give it a go.
